Senior Insurance Analyst
Evaluate complex healthcare risk profiles, develop coverage recommendations, and support our licensed agents in structuring multi-line insurance programs for physician organizations and healthcare networks.
- Active P&C or L&H license required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- 3+ years in commercial insurance or brokerage
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
Provider Partnerships Manager
Build and manage relationships with physician groups, health systems, and healthcare-adjacent organizations. Identify coverage needs and coordinate with our licensed team to deliver integrated insurance solutions.
- Established healthcare industry network
- Experience in consultative sales or account management
- Understanding of insurance products a plus — not required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Healthcare Compliance Specialist
Support regulatory compliance across our insurance operations, including TDI requirements, HIPAA obligations, state licensing filings, and insurance marketing compliance. Partner with leadership on agency governance.
- HIPAA and state insurance regulatory knowledge
- Experience with TDI or other state DOI filings preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Paralegal or compliance certification a plus
Licensed Insurance Agent
Serve individual and employer clients seeking health, life, and supplemental coverage. Guide clients through the enrollment process, explain plan options clearly, and build long-term relationships grounded in trust.
- Active Life & Health license required
- ACA marketplace experience a strong plus
- Client-facing communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
